Thank you for shopping with Spaghetti Threads. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic shipping within USA usually takes 2–5 business days after processing.

  • International shipping may take 7–21+ business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and size of your order

  • Carrier-selected shipping method

Some orders may qualify for free shipping when advertised.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

We are not responsible for tracking inaccuracies, carrier system errors, or delays in tracking updates.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for paying any reshipment fees.

  • Refunds for returned orders (if applicable) will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If such an issue occurs:

  • Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We will assist with documentation when possible, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Optional package insurance may be offered at checkout for additional protection.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges upon delivery.

We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Refusal to pay duties may result in the order being returned or destroyed—no refunds will be issued in these cases.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot guarantee modifications after the order has been submitted.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


9. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order or custom-made items may have extended production and shipping times which will be disclosed on the product page.

All pre-order shipping estimates are approximate and subject to change.


10. Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office.

  • You must contact the carrier to open an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
